We Are Going To The Championship!

WE WON OUR PLAY OFF GAMES. WE ARE GOIN TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP. last night was a crazy game. We were versing Deer Valley at their school. They are huge. We were tied with 4 seconds to go. We normally do press, but my coach wanted us to get back. Deer Valley was about to pass the ball in from the side away from their basket on the left side by ours. When my coach told me to get back, thats when everything went into slow motion. All of a sudden i saw that the girl passing it in was looking for somone to pass it in to. From my side i saw a girl from my side pop out. They were kind of far from where i was, but i got there in time. I stole the pass, took about three dribbles and shot a lay-up with my left hand. I made that shot and the buzzer went off. We beat them 33 to 31. After we jumped up and down everything became clear, we won! Plus, the freshman and jv coaches from o conner high school was there. I am so glad they came. I also am so glad that i have the dad that i do. Lately, he has been pushing me on my lay-ups. He has taught me muscle memory. I can't wait for Friday. Our championship game will be held at Hillcrest Middle School at 4:15!

OMG!!!! My basketball team is now going to be going into the playoffs in 2nd place. This means that for the first game we get a bie, then we play Deer Valley at our school on Wednesday. Once we win that we play Desert Arroyo for the championship! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad for my dad for teaching me so much, and for my mom and bro for supporting. I also LOVE my team, they are awesome(:

WAHEW! We won are game against Sonoran Trails. The score was 39 to 18. In they beginning we weren't doing so well, but then we decided to play amazing defense. We played as a team!!!!!!!!

We Won! Today we versed Highland Lakes and we did great! I am so excited to verse Sonorain Trails thursday. If we continue to win and only lose against Arroyo, then we will be tied in second with Deer Valley. Deer Valley automatically gets the place and we get third, due to a coin flip. Either way we are going to play Desert Arroyo for the championship. If we work hard and play how we've been playing lately then we can win!

Yay! We beat Deer Valley!!! Now we are tied in second place with them. If we remain in the same position we will be bumped to third place to start in the play offs and they will get second due to a coin flip. We weren't supposed to beat them but we did. It was a great game. Out of all of the years that i've played ball i have never swished a three in a game ever, in this game i did! We played as a team during that game. Ally was beastly. PLus i was so happy because my grandpa came and watched

OK so are game against Desert Sky was pretty intense. It was over time with 7 sec. to go. Coach told Ally to pass it in to me and then for me to take one dribble and hold it. Well i did that but this girl was all over me so i pivited. I used my elbows, but did not through them. It turns out with one sec to go they call a technical on me for "throughing elbows." My dad and Autumn's dad didn't like that call very much so they got kicked out of the game. We ended up winning with double over time. It was a crazy game!

Okay. So ya! now i have a facebook so im not on here as much, but i will try to keep posting updates. I am so excited for tomorrow i have my first basketball game for this year! Are team isn't as good as last year, but we'll be fine. Anyways I'll post the score when i get the chance.

Hey, sorry i haven't blogged in awhile. So anyways
this week was amazing. I made the basketball team
at my school and i found out stuff from a friend. Yep,
so i had tryouts and only 15 girls ended up trying out,
so we only had one cut. We have 8 girls on the team
plus two managers that are apart of our team as well.
I am so glad basketball is starting. Oh, and i still am
number 17 the best number ever!

Yeah! Its my birthday!

Yeah! I finally got my church dance card! I am so excited.  I can't believe it im going to be 14 tomorrow! (: Anyways this last week has been alot of fun.  First of all open gym for basketball started and i got all A's for this quarter!  My game for ymca was saturday.  It was so easy we won 56 to 14< and we only had 5 girls there to play. I had my party on the 3rd. it was fun, we played basketball pretty much the whole time.  Then 3 friends and i went to the movies and saw mama mia. It was horrible. I had no idea it was a musical.  Only two of my friends fell asleep.lol it being midnight didn't help

This week was fun. On wed. I had a half day so Ally and i wen to the reck, than i had basketball practice. My team voted me captain! Anyways than on friday i went to the football game with my friend Kristen. They actually won! Then on saturday i went to my friend steph's birthday. We watched prom night and than went bowling it was alot of fun. I have to admit though i am a chicken when it comes to scary movies, but prom night wasn't that bad. Anyways thats it. I can't wait on october 13th i will finally be 14!

Today has been okay. Yesterday I went swimming and chated
with my friend Hailey. Today I have to go to the orthodonticed
for my braces): Then I have mutual, I can't wait for that because
I heard we are dancing, except I can't dance, oh well. See Ya!

My parents got back yesterday, man were they stinky!  Then we went out to eat.  Then this morning we had church.  Alot of people were sunburned from the trek it was funny.  I wish I could of gone, but I was to young (barely).  I am going to go the next time though in four years, I'll be 17.

My Grandma is here. We went swimming yesterday
and my cousins came over to swim also. Garrett
(my cousin) and I played basketball in the pool
instead of on the court so that I could play without
having to use my left leg. Today we might
go to my cousins swim compition thingy. Anyways
I cant wait until my foot gets better. I should be
able to run on it in a month with my brace. I wish
I could play on my team though. Oh, well at least
I didn't do it during my schools basketball season.

Today was okay.  My mom had her preschool thing so I helped.  Then I shot baskets while my brother got rebounds. ( it is hard to do jump shots when you can't jump)  Anyways then I had a free throw contest with my brother, he has gottin good.   Then my brother had basketball at the reck center so I went because well, I don't know why but I go every Monday.  I can't wait for tomorrow!

Okay, well I went to my sports orthopedic and 

I was able to get my cast off!  I have a tied up boot/

brace thing on my foot though.  Anyways, I'll be able

to play normal in a month, but I will still feel pain

and swelling for six months.  At least I can go 

swimming  in my pool now!

My Cast ):

Okay, so right now I have a cast on.
It happend 3 weeks ago. I was playing
my first basketball game of the season.
It was 20 seconds in the first quarter
when I set a pick for one of my teammates,
I dropped back and recieved the ball. I
was going up to make a corner shot when
a guy stepped on my foot, I turned my
foot out of the other foot when someone
else came from behind and turned my ancle,
I heard three pops, and fell down. I sat on
the bench for the rest of the game and then
went to the hospital. It turns out that I
spranged my ancle and tore two ligaments
connecting my ancle to my foot. If I was older
they said that they would just do surgery on it,
but I may still grow (hopefully) so they put it
in a cast so I couldn't move it. The upcoming
Monday I was going to go to waterworld with
my friend, but I won't be able to until at least
the end of August. Anyways, I am getting my
cast taken off on Thursday. They will be doing
a MRI or something to see how my ligaments
are doing. If they are getting better then they
will put a walking brace on it and make me do
phisical theropy, if not they will put another cast
on. This next year at school I won't be able to
do crosscountry or hurdles in track. Oh well, at
least I'll be able to play basketball for school
during the winter. See ya!

Okay this summer !

This summer has been very crazy! The weekend after school ended my family and I went to Showlow with my dad's softball team. Ally was there too and she got a new puppy. She got a pocket beagle named Milie, she is adorable. Anyways when we got back on Tuesday I went to bed. The next day I got up early for basketball camp at Hillcrest from 9am until 3pm, it was a blast. The camp was from Tuesday to Thursday, but I missed Tuesday because we were still coming home from Sholow. Then on Friday I stayed home. On Saturday I packed and got ready to go camping on Monday all the way until Thursday. Then on Sunday we went to church and then went to my grandma's house because it was my grandpa's 53rd birthday. The camp was alot of fun that week. My dad, my sister and I went to the camp. It was for my dad's work it was called WAKE UP. Alot of kids who were helping out from southern phoenix got to come to this camp. They had to stay in little dorms and shared buckbeds and had to go outside to the showers. Luckily because it was held through my dad's work we got are own cabin that had a shower in it. My sister and I had so much fun. When we got back on Thursday I then had to go to dance. That Friday was a blast! Ally and Tate came over. We jumped on the trampoline, swam and watched TV. Then her dad came and picked us up to go to Ally's house, there we played guitar hero, I stink at that game. Then we went to McDonalds and played tang on the jungle gym thing, it has gottin a whole lot smaller. After that we went to Ally and Tate's cousin Hannah's house while the parents went out to eat. It was fun! Then on Saturday my basketball team had their first game of the season. I started and was in for literaly 20 seconds when I hurt myself. What happend was i set a pick and then rolled to the basket, Austin passed it to me so I went up for the shot. When I was going up a guy stept on my foot so I went to move it but there was another foot to when I was landing. I heard three pops and then fell to the ground. It freaked me out because I couldn't feel my ankle. It turns out that I spranged my ankle and tore to ligaments, so I have to have a cast for three weeks. I am going to miss my dance recital and the rest of the season. When the cast come off my dad said that he is going to get my ankle back in shape. So since Saturday I haven't been able to do anything besides being on the computer and watching TV. The only cool part about this is that my mom drew a really cool Micheal Jordan on my cast, it is the coolest and Ally has come over alot to help me out. That has been my summer! See ya (:
